 Protect the Nature

Protecting the environment should be on everyone's agenda. Common ways to do this include recycling and reusing materials, reducing waste, using less paper, and more. But this is a common practice that many people are familiar with.
How about trying these five practical and innovative ways to help protect the environment today? These recommendations not only protect the environment, but also your health.
1. Go to bed early
By going to bed earlier than usual, you can save a lot of electricity to light up your home at night. Going to bed two hours earlier means two hours of electricity savings per day. It also gives you enough time to sleep so your body can get some much-needed rest from a busy day.
Go to sleep when the sun is nearing the horizon and wake up and start your day when the sun starts to shine. Enjoy that fresh feeling.
2. Only eat what your body needs
Less food consumption means fewer trips to the grocery store and therefore less fuel for your car. Start skipping breakfast this morning or afternoon. This will help you get rid of the bloated stomach and get good health in the long run.
3. Adopt a minimalist lifestyle
If you have more energy efficient devices at home, you save electricity. Don't buy something you don't really need.
What humans need most are clothing, food and shelter. If you have met your needs and have too much, why not give it to those in need? You may only need 50% of all of these items in your home. Just live.
4th practice
Go to work or shop at the nearest grocery or department store. This means less carbon burns while driving. If you do this for at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week, you will definitely avoid chronic diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke, and even cancer.
5. Make your own food
Use kitchen scraps to make your own organic fertilizer. This can provide you with a sustainable food source.
One easy way to do this is to throw all of your organic waste in a covered trash can, dig a hole in your yard large enough to hold a full bin, and bury your trash there. Plant the papaya seeds on top of the covered litter. Repeat the process and in a few months you will be harvesting more than enough papayas.
